Bucharest, August 25, 2025 - National Company ROMARM S.A., the leading manufacturer in the national defense industry, announces the signing of mandate contracts for the new members of the executive management team - the General Director and the Economic Director - thereby strengthening the corporate governance framework and the company's development strategy.
Mr. Răzvan Pîrcălăbescu, the new Managing Director, signed the mandate contract following a public and transparent selection procedure, carried out in accordance with the legislation in force. With extensive experience in the military industry, specialized manufacturing, and high-level governmental relations, he will lead the company in strengthening production capabilities and implementing strategic international partnerships.
Mr. Adrian Teotoc, the new Chief Economic Officer, has signed the mandate contract based on the same rigorous selection procedure. A renowned CFO with proven experience in managing a holding company in the petrochemicals industry with an annual turnover of over €1 billion, he will ensure financial stability, optimization of resources, and the implementation of modern control and economic efficiency policies.
The selection procedure was carried out in compliance with all legal rules and supervised by a team of experts with experience in executive recruitment, corporate governance, NATO technology mentoring, as well as turnaround and performance management of state-owned companies.
