ROMARM's presence at ADEX 2025 in South Korea is a chance to boost its international presence in the defense industry
Romania was present at the most significant military equipment exhibition in Northeast Asia, the Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2025 (Seoul ADEX 2025), held from October 20 to 24.
This year's edition was joined by over 600 companies from 35 countries, as well as the most important South Korean companies. Romania was there with a national booth, organized with the support of PARTOMIL, which brought together, alongside ROMARM, five other companies from the defense industry.
The exhibition was held at the KINTEX center in Seoul, and it was one of the biggest and most important aerospace events in Asia and the world, with flight demonstrations and various exhibitions.
Innovation and strategic partnerships in the defense industry
The Romanian stand was visited by numerous official Korean delegations and important companies from the defense industry, and was honored by the presence and support offered by Mr. Radu-Dinel Miruță, Minister of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism , and the Romanian Ambassador to the Republic of South Korea, Cezar Manole Armeanu. The interested companies and official delegations were welcomed by ROMARM's management—CEO Răzvan Pîrcălăbescu and the managers of ROMARM's subsidiaries,, who presented the portfolio of innovative military products and solutions, adapted to the current dynamic and highly competitive market.
During the exhibition, ROMARM management held discussions with key players in the field, such as Hyundai Rotem, Poongsan Co Ltd, Hanwha, LIG Next 1, Northrop Grumman, KDIA (Korea Defense Industry Association), and other companies interested in partnerships with the Romanian defense industry.
The exhibition provided a fantastic platform to connect with various international companies and present our portfolio and opportunities for cooperation in the production of weapons, ammunition, and drones.
Over the course of the event, ROMARM representatives participated in various workshops and networking sessions, facilitating constructive dialogues and exploring prospects for collaboration on future projects.
Taking part in ADEX 2025 not only helped ROMARM National Company to enhance its visibility but also strengthened existing relationships with customers and partners, while providing an opportunity to identify new markets and areas for development.
